Instagram can be wonderful, when you're not fighting with alogrithm and if your content is being seen.

Remember the good old days, when we would share things and not worry about likes, comments, etc? Just for FUN! Well, I saw Kirsten Blowers (she owns a mega successful boutique and several other businesses now) share this cookie recipe and I saved it. Then, literally hundreds of re-posts and shares about the cookies were popping up and I decided the time to make them was NOW.

I tried out a few different versions and definitely enjoy one better, but am excited to experiment with other flavors going forward. They are literally the easiest cookie to make, EVER and everyone is loving them.
Bella and I made them last week, and did Devil's Food Cake mix with icing and sprinkles for her friends at the sitter and I took some for mine and Chuck's co-workers with the spice cake mix. I personally preferred the spice ones, especially with the icing- I did some with and some without!

All you need is:
1 15 oz. can pumpkin
1 box cake mix
chocolate chips

To make:
Preheat your oven to 375 degrees
You don't make the actual cake! Mind-blowing, right?
Simply mix the pumpkin with the cake mix and add in your chocolate chips
Mix well and place spoonfuls on cookie sheet
Bake for 12 minutes

If you want to get crazy, warm up some cream cheese icing and drizzle on with a spoon after the cookies have cooled for at least 5 minutes.
Have fun with little ones, and let them decorate.

I've seen some people use white chocolate or butterscotch chips, use variations such as chocolate instead of spice cake mix, etc.
But literally 3 ingredients, and you're on the way to deliciousness!

Enjoy, and thanks Kirsten!
