Happy Friday friends! What a week it's been.

Between finishing the party prep for Bella's 2nd birthday tomorrow and a crazy busy work week, this one flew by! All the days have blurred together until TODAY. Tonight, Chuck and I are headed to Pittsburgh for a date night. We are going to a restaurant we have not visited in the past, and seeing Stassi from Vanderpump Rules for her Straight Up With Stassi Live Podcast Tour. I'm a Bravo junkie and huge fan girl of the ranch loving Queen, so excited is an understatement. Chuck watches the show with me occasionally, and he is probably stoked to see her fiance, Beau. It's going to be super fun, and a much needed night out!

Today I wanted to share some favorites I've come across lately- in the blog world, daily, life, recipes and a few products from shopping! Let's get to it...

Kayla shared some wonderful tips on how to read more books and I didn't even realize that I was already doing some! hint: joining a book club has been SO fun, and I love that it's virtual too. Thanks Influenced the Podcast!

A few years back when Chuck had his stroke, some friends set up a Meal Train for us. Have you ever heard of it? It's a website where you can share information about your "cause"- who and why you're sending meals, a calendar where you set up certain dates to deliver meals (daily, every other day, etc...) and you share the link so people can sign up. The beauty of it, is that people living near or far can participate because you can deliver a home- cooked meal to the people, or send some delivery. I love that there are options, it's even linked to Grubhub. I LOVE all the options, since recently organizing one for one of my best friends' and her family who doesn't live nearby. I wanted to help, more than praying and I know how beneficial the Meal Train was to my family dealing with everything that was going on with our medical issues. Meal Train sends reminders to the daily person who has signed up, lets the family know who's bringing what and on the specific days, and you can list meal preferences and allergies too. This sounds like an ad, but I just truly love the convenience and way to help in an organized way!

Recently, Sierra shared the importance of giving back and a great experience she had learning more about the American Red Cross. I loved reading about her experiences and learned things I didn't know about the organization. A great read!

I initially planned to wear something different for our family pictures last weekend, and my husband quickly told me that I was way too extra for the occasion. So, I opted to buy a new sweater instead ;) I picked up 2 thinking I could return what didn't look best, butttttt they are SO insanely soft and comfortable I kept both! This was my first time purchasing from Red Dress Boutique and am very impressed, true to size and really fast shipping. Bonus, the packaging was really cute too- I always appreciate that.

This isn't the first time I've mentioned Brittany Fuson, and won't be the last. I love her products and artistic abilities. I cannot just live by the calendar on my phone, I need a planner because I'm more of a visual person. I have purchased this one from Brittany for the past several years, ( I think 4 or 5) and am never disappointed. She sketches different scenes for each month and on various weeks throughout the planner. It fits in my purse and is a pretty easy planner, in terms of use. I know some people like different things- but this has a month view, and then a weekly view with spaces to write things for each I said, pretty simple. You should check her out on Instagram during an awards show, she sketches the fashion and it's amazing. I love her work and got to meet her a few years ago, and she's equally as sweet as she is talented.

Saving the best for last, Missy always has AMAZING recipes- another talented woman! She shared this Mexican Cauliflower Chicken Skillet that has me drooooling and I can't wait to make it next week. I love everything she makes, it all makes me want to jump through the screen. Check it out, I can't believe how easy it is to make!

I hope you all have a wonderful weekend, it's actually supposed to feel like FALL and I am so excited for that. See you back here Monday, enjoy!
