Affordable Cool Weather Staples

Happy Tuesday, I don't normally post today but I couldn't quite get my act together with a post ready for yesterday after a relaxing and enjoyable weekend.

Today I wanted to share some affordable cool weather items that you can wear year after year. I'm big on neutrals, basics and things that you can get lots of use with! This time of the year I am always layering and enjoying the weather in what I can get away with before the s-word stuff starts flying ;)

I have this lightweight sweater in a similar version from last year in a few colors. It is so comfortable and great with a cami underneath.

Length is key for a tunic sweater and they are SO cozy and great with leggings, bonus!

Until last year I hadn't owned a chambray shirt and not sure how I went so long without one. I love layering this with a tee or cami underneath and a cardigan over it. It would look great under the next sweater I'm sharing.

Loft always has great sweaters and sales. This mock neck sweater is really cute and a great neutral. I love turtlenecks, even though others don't always- the mock neck is a good option.

Last month I got these jersey leggings online for super sale- $6! The subtle black with small leopard print I purchased them in is no longer available, but I LOVE the classic leopard and fully believe leopard is a neutral ;) They fit well, stay in place and provide great coverage.

Speaking of leopard, this adorable leopard pullover is a great piece you could wear with jeans or as a piece traveling or laying around the house in. I love the color!

I own several of these long-sleeve crewneck shirts...they are incredibly soft and the best layering piece. No joke, I think I have 6 colors- such a good buy.

Throw the crewneck on under this cozy cardigan and you'll be all set for a crisp day out and about. I am a huge fan of cardigans, even though my husband jokes with me that I look like a librarian. They are too comfortable to pass up!

All for comfort over cute, say I! IIIIIIIIIII ;) While still super cute, I love a good bootie. These buckle booties do both, and while all of the colors are great, that cognac color is stunning!

I've been obsessed with mules for a long time, I remember my Mom wearing them when I was growing up and I'm so glad they came back a few years ago. These bow mules are absolutely adorable and I love the color options too.

Last but not least, this faux suede moto jacket has a TON of great reviews on Amazon. Anyone else love reading reviews and get sucked in forever? That's me! I just added this to my Christmas wish list- the olive color is stunning and the reviews don't lie!

I hope you're having a great start to the week!
What items do you love to wear in these wonderful Fall temps?
