Everything but the Bagel Seasoning Recipes

Unfortunately we don't have a Trader Joe's nearby...but what we do have is Amazon.
I have been really loving the Everything but the Bagel Seasoning from TJ's and wanted to share how I am using it on our food.
The Everything but the Bagel seasoning is full of things that you would find on an everything bagel, which are my FAVORITE kind! It has a blend of sea salt, garlic and onion making it absolutely delicious.

One way I've been using it is on sweet potatoes- I've been obsessed with them lately.
You will need:
2 sweet potatoes, cut in to 1/2 inch rounds
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons Trader Joe's Everything but the Bagel Seasoning
To make:
Preheat oven to 450 degrees
In a large bowl combine sweet potatoes and olive oil and toss to coat
Add in seasoning and toss again
Spray a baking sheet with non-stick spray & arrange sweet potatoes in a single layer
Bake for 15 minutes, flip each potato round and bake 10 additional minutes

I've been using it on my eggs. I am a huge fan of egg whites and eat them every Sunday morning when Chuck makes them for me ;) I put a sprinkle on top of my eggs and enjoy, sometimes with hot sauce as well. This would also be great on some fried eggs- sprinkle while eggs are frying in the pan!

You can mix a dollop of butter with a few sprinkles of seasoning on low heat on the stove and cook some fresh veggies in the same pan. This seasoning is also great with asparagus and broccoli.

Have you ever made your own salad dressing? It's so quick and easy!
You will need:
3/4 cup olive oil
1/2 cup red wine vinegar
1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
1 garlic clove, minced
1 teaspoon Everything but the Bagel seasoning
Small pinch of pepper
To make:
Place all ingredients in a jar with a tight-fitting lid (mason jars work well). Refrigerate until serving. Shake dressing again before serving. *This recipe makes 10 servings

Upgrade your Bloody Mary and instead of rimming your glass with salt, use the TJ seasoning! It goes excellent with tomato juice ;)

Make some pizza at home instead of picking up Domino's or a frozen one, here's my own tried and true favorite pizza recipe:
You will need:
Pizza crust- I like using wheat or whole grain crusts
Olive oil- amount depends on the size of your crust
1/2 tablespoon Everything but the Garlic seasoning
Shredded cheese- I switch it up depending on my mood. I love using a pizza blend of mozzarella, monterrey jack and cheddar- so good
Bell peppers- 1/2 of each, diced
To make:
Preheat oven to 450 degrees
Prep your crust by putting a small spoonful of olive oil and covering completely
Top with seasoning and desired amount of cheese
Add your peppers on top and put in the oven
Bake 7-10 minutes, I do 9 because I love a crispy crust

Another great way to enjoy Everything but the Bagel Seasoning is spicing up your healthy snacks. Sprinkle some on cucumbers, carrots, avocado toast, or anything else you can think of!
