Holiday Bar Cart Fun

One of my favorite places to decorate in our home is the bar cart. I love switching it up a little from year to year and trying to do something different to make it a little more fun.

I thought I would show you around the bar cart this year and share how inexpensive it can be to add a holiday twist to the fun each season.

I try to stick with a lot of red since it's my favorite Christmas color. This year I added extra touches of white and silver to complete the look.

I found this adorable faux fur stocking at Target for only $3 in the dollar bins and had to have it. I wonder if Santa is going to bring some booze in it this year.

The reindeer lights are from last year and I added the twinkle lights this December...both found at Marshall's for under $10. I love the added lights because you can never have too many.

The silver berry garland is from a few years ago at Marshall's, and I found the red to add this year at Target. Do you see a theme here? Target and Marshall's are the best spots for inexpensive, cute holiday decorations.

The beautiful marbled reindeer candle was a gift last year from a sweet friend and the ornament balls I have had for several years. I used to put them on my red and green pencil tree, but now that one has so many ornaments that I put the extra in this cylinder vase and added it on the cart.

Nothing screams Christmas more than Mariah Carey's "All I Want For Christmas Is You" so when I spotted this little sign at Home Goods for $5 it went right in my cart.

I like to have little seasonal plates on the cart for when we have snacks with our drinks and these ones from Target were only $2 a piece...major score.

Another must is fun napkins and these "Christmas Rules" ones from Home Goods are the cutest. Yes to all of the above...cookies, mistletoe, hot chocolate & more.

I love these tree stirrers...yes another Target dollar bin find. I paired them with some snowflake straws I had and these buffalo plaid Cheers ones from last year.
Makers Mark is always so cute and sends accessories for the bottles and I can't get over these little scarves. I tossed them in with the straws this year instead of putting them on the bottles for a little flair.

The Nutcracker and bristle brush tree have been around for years, so I can't tell you where they're from but I love them on the cart for that special holiday feeling.

Like a bad blogger, I took these pictures before I put on a new addition. I made this little winter scene in a jar thanks to some clearance items at Michael's.

I got a little glass jar, some fake snow and some Merry Mini's of some red trees, ornaments, a bike and candy canes to make the cutest little new item for the holiday bar cart. You can see a close up on my Instagram, which is where I share all my pictures first.

So, what do you think? Easy enough to add some holiday cheer, right?!

I hope you all have a wonderful Winter weekend...can you believe Christmas is next week?! Have fun enjoying the season & see you next week.
