Mascara, my favorite beauty product. If I had to choose only one thing to wear everyday it would be this. Today Lindsay & I are showcasing so many great mascara's on the market that don't have to break the bank to make your lashes stand out.
NYX Pin Up Tease - this is my most recent mascara purchase and I would rate it a 4 out of 5. I love the coverage because it really makes a difference and covers really well. It's not messy, and it gives my lashes some great volume. I just read some reviews on it and am surprised at the lower rating because I love this product and think it does an amazing job for only $5.99. It doesn't define my lashes as much as I would like but it's become one of my go-to's in my makeup bag.
CoverGirl SuperSizer- I won't lie, I bought this one because my husband and stepson are Star Wars lovers. The Star Wars line by Cover Girl is pretty cool and this mascara is only $5.99. This mascara gives a ton of definition and I like it best when inserting the wand in the tube once but covering my lashes 4-5 times. A lot of product can come out in just one application, so you don't need much. I am a fan of a really bold mascara look...not spider-like, but dark let it be seen that I'm wearing mascara type of look. Make sense? If so, this is the mascara you want. The quote on the side of the tube makes it fun too.
L'Oreal Miss Manga- coming in at $7.99 this is the priciest of the budget friendly mascara's that I use, but every cent is worth it. Most of the time at Ulta the L'Oreal line is buy one get one 50% off so you can get a good deal on a few products. I love this mascara for length and volume. The design of the brush is great because I can get my hard to reach corner lashes and cover them well. I like the shape of the wand and think it helps with the overall application and how well I can use it to make my lashes really pop. If you're looking for just one budget friendly mascara to try, choose this one for sure.
