One of my favorite things about Spring is the freshness of the food and drinks. Grilling some vegetables from the local farmer's market or putting together a cocktail with fresh summer fruit makes me very happy.
Today I'm sharing a delicious drink with you that is easy as it is tasty.
You will need:
1 bottle of fruity white wine
3 cups of Sprite
2 cups of pineapple juice
1/2 cup orange juice
Sliced lemons, lime and oranges
To prepare:
In a large pitcher, stir together the wine, Sprite, pineapple and orange juice.
Then gently add in the slices of fruit and stir.
Refrigerate the Sangria for about 2 hours and then serve.
See, I told you it was easy! This is a great drink to whip up last minute when you have some friends coming over or for a relaxing weekend by the pool.
What is one of your favorite sunny day drinks?
